ORDERS
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders and saves your details for next time.
How do I know my order was successful?
We’ll send an order confirmation email right after you complete checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, but if you contact us within a few hours we’ll do our best to help. Use the contact form on our website.
Can I change the shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, yes, write to us immediately and include your order number and the correct address.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We offer free worldwide shipping.
How long will delivery take?
- Italy: 3–5 business days
- Europe: 10–15 business days
- Worldwide: 20–25 business days
Will I receive a tracking link?
Yes. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details (if applicable to your destination).
Do I have to pay customs or import fees?
No. The price you see at checkout is the final price for customers, we take care of customs and duties.
What if my parcel is delayed or lost?
Contact us if your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimates above. We’ll investigate and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Can I return a book?
Yes, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition. Use our contact form to start a return.
What if the book arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please email us with photos within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace the item or refund you at no cost.
Do I need to send back a damaged book?
Often no. In many cases, photos are enough for a replacement or refund. We’ll let you know if a return is needed.
How long do refunds take?
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days (bank processing times may vary).
PAYMENTS
Which payment methods do you accept?
Major credit/debit cards and PayPal (and Klarna where available).
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed via secure, encrypted gateways. We never store full card details.

Are all books new?
Yes, unless clearly noted otherwise on the product page.
Do you stock special editions (sprayed edges, exclusive covers)?
Yes! Check our Special Editions category for current titles.
Do you offer pre-orders?
Yes, see Books Pre-Orders. Pre-order items ship as soon as stock arrives.
What if an item is out of stock?
You can use the “Notify me” button (if available) or email us, we’ll try to restock popular titles.
